為什麼 AI 照片看起來很假

AI 照片有四個破綻，每一個都能在提示詞裡找到原因。

• 皮膚像蠟：顏色均勻得完美、沒有反光、沒有瑕疵。提示詞只要求漂亮，別的都沒寫。
• 大頭照式構圖：臉在正中央，直盯鏡頭。沒人說明誰拿著相機、從哪個位置拍。
• 光不知從何而來：房間只有一扇窗，兩邊臉頰卻都是柔和的光暈。沒有指定光源。
• 華麗詞彙：「8K」、「ultra detailed」、「hyper-realistic」。這些詞會把模型推向精修的圖庫素材風格，和隨手快拍正好相反。

順序中的每個部分，各自對應修正其中一個破綻。

寫實圖片提示詞怎麼寫，逐部分說明

先寫人物。年齡與背景決定骨架；三四個臉部特徵讓臉變得具體。再加一處不對稱，例如貫穿一邊眉毛的疤痕，或只有左頰才有的酒窩。一個小缺點，就讓這張臉像是真有其人。

服裝最後用一句限制收尾：「沒有其他首飾、沒戴帽子、雙手空空」。沒寫明的部分，模型會自己補上戒指和包包。

地點和時間寫在同一句。只寫「一間自助洗衣店」，得到的是通用場景。寫「下雨的週六早上，街角的自助洗衣店」，就有灰濛的光線、潮濕的外套，也有人為什麼在那裡的理由。

接著像攝影師那樣擺放相機：高度、以公尺計的距離、構圖。加上「臉在畫面上三分之一」，置中的大頭照構圖就會消失。

指定一個光源，並說明它打在哪一邊臉頰。另一邊落入陰影，或帶著別的色調。兩邊臉頰的差異，就是觀看者感受到立體感的來源。

加入一個瞬間：讓人物正說到一半，例如「她咧嘴一笑，對著鏡頭說這是個壞主意」。這樣臉部和雙手會一起動起來，靜態圖看起來就像影片中的一格畫面。

可直接貼上的拍攝質感

拍攝質感告訴模型照片是用哪種裝置拍的。下面每一段先寫裝置，再寫它的缺點，最後寫這張照片不是什麼。貼在提示詞結尾即可。

一般手機相簿裡的日常照片：

Ordinary recent phone camera-roll photo, standard mode with no portrait blur. Moderate depth of field keeps the room recognisable, mild phone sharpening, slight softness away from the face. The stated light leaves the two cheeks and the neck in unequal tones, with no studio fill.

前鏡頭自拍：

Front-camera selfie at arm's length: slight wide-angle stretch near the edges, the arm leading out of frame, the phone itself never in the picture, the background readable behind the shoulder.

夜間手機照片：

Handheld phone photo at night, lit only by the lights named above. Slight sensor noise in the shadows, white balance a little off where warm and cool light mix, dark areas kept dark with no HDR flattening, faces readable, edges of the background softer.

手機閃光燈照片：

Phone flash fired straight on: bright hard highlights on the nearest surfaces, small blown reflections on anything glossy, deep shadow just behind the subject, the background falling off fast.

今天拍的乾淨手機照片：

Clean present-day phone photo: neutral white balance, accurate skin colour, natural contrast, crisp fine detail, no film grain, no vintage filter, no faded colour.

寫明它不是哪個年代的。少了最後那一句，模型可能自己加上顆粒感和暖色調。

35 mm 底片劇照：

A still from a 35 mm film shot on a cinema camera: soft roll-off in the highlights, faint halation around the brightest edges, fine natural grain, warm true-to-life film colour. It reads as a real frame from a film of that year, with no digital filter look.

品牌影片畫面，通常不含人物：

Palette: [four or five named colours]. It reads as a frame from an expensive ad, with nothing of a stock photo or a phone picture.

依距離調整皮膚、頭髮與表情

皮膚細節要和相機的距離相符。特寫看得到質地，腰部以上的鏡頭則看不到。在腰部以上的照片要求「看得見的毛孔」，模型會把同一種毛孔紋路畫滿整張臉。

腰部以上或更遠的構圖，要照相機拍出來的樣子描述皮膚：膚色不均、額頭或鼻子有一點反光、外側臉頰較柔、眼下有一般的紋路。再加上「這個距離不要微距毛孔」。毛孔、細絨毛和細紋，留給真正的特寫。

頭髮要求成不均勻的幾束，帶幾根散落髮絲。一整塊平滑的頭髮看起來像假髮。

表情要求「生動的神情」，例如半笑或挑眉，而不是模特兒式的嘟嘴。

修正要寫成你想要的樣子：「牙齒是自然的米白色」「虹膜大小正常、霧面」「膚色不均」。每個「不要」只針對模型本來會加上的一件具體東西，就像服裝收尾限制和拍攝質感那樣。一長串含糊的「不要」，等於把這些詞交給模型去畫。

六組完整提示詞，對應廣告常見的六種需求。四組有人物，依上述順序寫；美食照和品牌底圖不放人物，其餘照舊。把細節換成你的商品與受眾，順序保持不變。

會說話的 UGC 自拍
