Report a wrong price, clause or figure

Send the page’s address, the line you think is wrong and the vendor’s live page that shows otherwise. A screenshot helps when the page changes often.

Prices, terms and rules on the site rest on dated official documents, so a link to the current one is what gets a report checked. When we were wrong, the page carries a correction line with the old wording, and the updates and corrections log lists it. The editorial policy gives the form.

For vendors: price, plan or terms changes

Send the live official page that shows the change. We read it, and a confirmed change goes into the log with its date and source, then onto every page that prints the figure.

Vendors use the same address as readers. The disclosure page is plain on what is refused: “No vendor can buy a review, a place on a page or a rank in a list. Gifted plans and free credits are refused too.” No vendor sees a page before it is published.

Press and research questions

Cite a page by its address and its last checked date, which sits under the title. The price tracker and the rights matrix both carry a citation line and CSV and JSON downloads.
