Arcads vs Higgsfield for UGC ads

By Alexandre S. Published Last checked What changed

Verdict: Arcads or Higgsfield

For talking-actor UGC scripts, Arcads; for one person generating Kling, Veo and Seedance clips, Higgsfield (checked ).

Both run the same three video models, so the difference is Arcads’ 1,000+ actors, billed at 800 credits a minute and “always rounded up”.

Both license your inputs for training: Arcads’ scripts and videos (13.4), Higgsfield’s inputs and outputs outside an Enterprise Agreement (4.4).

Arcads

Best for
Talking-actor ads close to a whole minute long, if billing rounds up to the minute as the help centre’s one example suggests.
Not for
Buyers who need a public price, or cheap 15 to 30-second hooks: length is rounded up, and the one example rounds to the minute. Actor-as-customer scripts risk the deceptive advertising ban (terms 13.3.1).

Higgsfield

Best for
One person in the web app who wants Kling, Veo and Seedance on one credit balance and will pay for video in credits.
Not for
Anyone automating through MCP, CLI, Canvas or the Supercomputer agent (these always spend credits), or brands that cannot let inputs and outputs train Higgsfield’s models.

Which video models does each one run?

The same three families: Kling 3.0, Veo 3.1 and Seedance 2.0 sit in both apps, so the model alone does not decide between them.

Arcads lists Kling 3.0, Veo 3.1, Seedance 2.0 and 2.5 and Grok. Its three actor models include ByteDance’s OmniHuman 1.5 (credits article). On 23 September 2026 Higgsfield’s help centre listed the same Kling, Veo and Seedance versions. It adds Wan 2.6, Grok Imagine 1.5 and its own Soul image models.

Video and image models each app names on its own pages, read 23 September to 2 October 2026

What each one publishes about price

Arcads publishes credit rates and no price. Higgsfield’s prices render only in the browser and could not be confirmed, so the plans-data figures below are Unverified, and it publishes no credit rate.

Arcads’ pricing page returns 404, and its terms (7.1) say offer details “will be shown directly on the Platform”. Higgsfield’s pricing page renders prices only in the browser, and its credits article (22 September 2026) says “The credit cost is shown on the Generate button before you confirm”.

Arcads’ rates come from its credits article (29 April 2026); Higgsfield’s are its own approximations in a 9 June 2026 post. The two credits are different units at different prices, so the columns do not compare credit for credit.

Arcads’ credits article gives one rounding example, 1 minute 45 billed as 2 minutes. A help article of 2 July 2026 says “Cost is 1 credit per minute” for the same models; the credits article’s worked example, 2 minutes with 2 actors at 3,200 credits, supports 800.

Starter’s 8,000 credits buy 10 actor minutes. Rounded up to the whole minute, as in the credits article’s example, a 15-second hook uses 800 of them.

What happens to your scripts and footage?

Not legal advice This section quotes Arcads’ and Higgsfield’s documents with their dates and reads them as an ad buyer would. Ask a lawyer before you rely on any reading here.

Both take a licence to train on what you give them; only Higgsfield sells a way out, through an Enterprise Agreement.

Arcads’ terms (in force from 22 September 2026) give FRESHR, its operator, a free worldwide licence to your scripts, prompts and client videos. Clause 13.4 includes “The right to train FRESHR’s artificial intelligence models for the purpose of improving the Services”.

Higgsfield’s terms (last updated 26 July 2026) say “Your Content, Inputs, and Outputs may be used by Company to train, develop, enhance, evolve, and improve its (and its affiliates’) AI models” (4.4), unless you hold an Enterprise Agreement. Deleting content stops future use only: 16.5(c) excludes content already used.

Its ownership article adds “Content already in trained models can’t be removed from them”.

Which ads do their terms let you run?

Higgsfield’s terms leave commercial use of outputs open and apply a third-party model’s stricter policy; Arcads bars any video that needs a sponsored-content label.

Arcads’ 13.3.1 bars videos that break “the rules of ads platforms” or need “compulsory information (e.g. sponsored content)”, and bars “misleading or deceptive advertising”. If an actor’s creator withdraws, 13.3.2 lets FRESHR ask you to delete the videos everywhere, at “a hundred (100) euros per day of delay”.

Under 13.3.2, a breach of an actor video’s conditions left unremedied 30 days after notice costs “a lump-sum indemnity of 500.000,00 euros (five hundred thousand euros) per breach”, each unauthorised use counting as one. The terms do not say whether this sum also covers the 13.3.1 bans.

Higgsfield’s 4.4 does not “restrict your commercial use of Outputs”, and lets you sublicense them to clients. Section 8 applies a third-party model’s acceptable-use policy where it is “more restrictive”, and the terms do not list which models are third-party.

You hold consents for any face or voice you upload (4.2), disclose AI where law requires (5.5), and never present output as “human-generated when it is not” (5.2(xi)).

What does Higgsfield’s “Unlimited” cover, and does Arcads offer one?

Higgsfield’s Unlimited is for one person in the web app, in a slower queue; Arcads runs unlimited offers as promotions it can cap or withdraw.

Higgsfield’s Unlimited article calls it “for personal, human use only” and bars automation, scripting and credential sharing. An agency team on one login breaks that rule. Generations run on a shared queue, one video at a time, and stop if the subscription lapses. Users report waits of 20 minutes to over two hours (8 of 52 sources: Trustpilot, Reddit).

Arcads’ “7 days unlimited” Seedance 2.5 offer falls under 12.5. FRESHR may slow, cap or suspend the offer where use “materially exceeds ordinary professional use” (12.5.4), and may withdraw an offer at any time (12.5.10).

If neither fits

For talking avatars with a published per-minute rate and a Creator price of $29 a month, HeyGen lists every model’s credits (credits article). For Kling without a reseller, Kling sells memberships from its maker; see the Kling profile.
