Creatify pricing
Creatify’s cheapest paid plan, Starter, listed $39 a month for 100 credits on (official pricing page). A 30-second avatar ad uses 10 credits (credit usage article), so Starter covers 10 such ads a month. Each costs $3.90 on Starter at $39 a month, if every credit is used. The table’s API ranges run from AI Avatar to full Aurora (every API model).

- Notes: Exports carry a watermark.
- Starter
- What you get: 100 credits a month, 300 AI actors, 50+ premium models, AdFlow with 200+ templates, 75+ languages, 1 seat, 1 brand space, Smart Assets 5GB, videos up to 2 minutes, 1 generation at a time
- Notes: The page says
save up to 50% on annual plan

Monthly 3
toMonthly 5
with 1,000, 2,000 and 5,000 credits a month at 299, 499 and 999 dollars, andAnnual 50% 3
toAnnual 50% 5
with 179, 349 and 799 dollars a month; its second tier reads 600 credits while the rendered slider reads 500. No card a reader sees shows these prices, so no tier is recorded as a plan. Seats and brand spaces disagree within the page (26 September 2026): the Pro card gives Team Collaboration asup to 5 seats (2 included)
and Brand Spaces asup to 5 (2 included)
; the first compare grid gives seatsUp to 5 (2 included)
, the four other copies of the grid give Pro 1 seat, and every copy gives 2 brand spaces. - Enterprise
- What you get: Custom credits (the card shows
1,200 credits / year
), done-for-you Studio service, model fine-tuning, white label, IP assignment and SLA - Notes: Sales-led: the card shows no price.

- Notes: API plan, listed in the API docs (docs.creatify.ai/billing, updated 21 September 2026, read 24 September 2026, Boreal rates read 26 September 2026); separate from the app plans. When API credits run out, the API FAQ (updated 22 September 2026) says
Purchase add-on pack or upgrade plan
, with no pack price. - API Pro
- What you get: 2,000 credits a month for the API, at the same per-endpoint rates as API Starter

What one Creatify ad costs
Method: $3.90 per video at list price on Starter at $39 a month, if every credit is used. On Starter, billed monthly, 39 dollars / 100 credits = 0.39 dollars a credit. Avatar video costs 5 credits per 15 seconds, rounded up (help centre, 19 August 2026): 30 seconds = 10 credits = 3.90 dollars, and 16 seconds bills as 30.
Revisions cost 3 credits per 15 seconds, rounded up. On Pro and higher tiers they are free if script, avatar and voice stay the same (help centre, 19 August 2026; FAQ, 20 September 2026). The pricing page’s FAQ (page script, read 26 September 2026, no plan named) instead says manual edits to an exported project are free and unlimited
and that anything that re-runs the AI
counts as a new generation and uses credits; which rule is current is unclear.
A credit costs $0.39 on Starter at $39 a month and $0.33 on Pro at $99 a month, if every credit is used (pricing page). So every length below costs about 15 per cent less on Pro.
| Ad length | Starter | Pro |
|---|---|---|
| 15 seconds 5 credits | $1.95 | $1.65 |
| 30 seconds 10 credits | $3.90 | $3.30 |
| 60 seconds 20 credits | $7.80 | $6.60 |
| One revision of a 30-second ad 6 credits | $2.34 | $1.98 |

On Pro, that revision can be free under the help centre FAQ’s rule. The pricing page FAQ’s rule names no plan. Under it, a revision that re-runs the AI counts as a new generation: 10 credits for 30 seconds on our reading.
The pricing page’s tooltip puts a video ad at “~2-20 credits”. The top of that range buys the table’s 60-second ad.
Aurora, Creatify’s own avatar model, is the default in the Avatar Video tool (Aurora model article). On our reading, a 30-second Aurora ad in the app therefore costs $3.90 on Starter at $39 a month if every credit is used (pricing page).
Not yet known: how many renders one usable 30-second ad takes in Creatify. That count turns this list-price figure into the cost per finished ad our bench method defines.
Which plan covers 10, 50 or 200 ads a month
Creatify’s Starter plan covers 10 thirty-second ads a month. From 11 to 29 thirty-second ads you pay for Pro’s 300 credits (pricing page). Only at 30 ads does each ad on Pro at $99 a month fall to $3.30, if every credit is used.
50 and 200 need Pro tiers whose slider prices we could not verify. Set the slider to 500 or 2,000 credits and divide the price by your ad count. The table assumes 30-second ads, no revisions and monthly billing, and divides the monthly bill by the ads made.
| Ads a month | Plan | Plan credits | Credits needed | Cost per ad | Credits that lapse |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 | Starter | 100 | 100 | $3.90 | None |
| 12 | Pro | 300 | 120 | $8.25 | 180 a month |
| 50 | Pro | 500 | 500 | Unverified | None |
| 200 | Pro | 2,000 | 2,000 | Unverified | None |

The upgrade article names a bigger plan as the way to more app credits, and the app pages we read list no credit top-up.
Unused credits on monthly plans stay valid for two months (FAQ), which absorbs one uneven month. On our reading, a month of 5 ads on Starter leaves 50 credits that still count the next month, which can then take 15 ads. The FAQ does not say whether older credits are spent first.
Is the Creatify API cheaper per video?
On our reading, Creatify’s API costs less than the app only above 30 thirty-second videos a month. For full Aurora, the app’s default model, it never does where we could price both. At 10 videos, API Starter at $99 a month (API billing docs) costs more than the app’s Starter at $39 a month (pricing page).
| API model | Credits | API Starter, 500 credits | API Pro, 2,000 credits |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI Avatar | 5 | $0.99 | $0.75 |
| Aurora Fast | 15 | $2.97 | $2.24 |
| Aurora | 30 | $5.94 | $4.49 |

Per 30 seconds, AI Avatar takes half the app’s credits, Aurora Fast 1.5 times as many and Aurora three times as many. An API credit costs $0.20 on API Starter, against $0.39 on the app’s Starter. So with every credit used, AI Avatar and Aurora Fast cost less per video than in the app, and Aurora costs more.
From 11 to 30 AI Avatar or Aurora Fast videos, the bills are level: API Starter and the app’s Pro both cost $99 a month (pricing page). Above 30, the app needs a Pro tier whose price we could not verify, and on our reading that tier costs more than Pro.
So API Starter costs less, until its 500 credits run out at 100 AI Avatar or 33 Aurora Fast videos a month. Past that, we could not compare.
50 AI Avatar videos use half of API Starter’s 500 credits at $99 a month (API billing docs): $1.98 a video. 200 use half of API Pro’s 2,000 at $299 a month: $1.50 a video. 50 Aurora videos need 1,500 credits, so only API Pro covers them, at $5.98 a video; 200 need 6,000, beyond API Pro.
The API bills Aurora by the second: 1 credit, or 0.5 on Aurora Fast (API billing docs). It rounds AI Avatar up in 30-second blocks, so a 31-second video bills 10 credits. The API needs code.
The docs do not say whether API credits expire like app credits, or whether they work in the app. The API FAQ mentions an add-on pack for when credits run out but gives no price.
Is Creatify free, and is there a free trial?
Creatify has a free plan, and none of the pages we read mentions a free trial. The pricing page and the free plan article give it 10 credits a month. The help centre FAQ says it refills 5 a month; we could not tell which is current. Every export carries a watermark.
The pricing page FAQ’s “up to 2 video ads” holds only if each is 15 seconds or shorter, as the free plan article says; 10 credits make one 30-second ad. Upgrading does not keep free credits: the same FAQ says they “cannot be transferred to or used on paid plans”.
Ad Flow and Agent run on the free plan too, but the same article says 10 credits cannot finish a video with either. A test ad without the watermark means paying for a Starter month at $39 a month (pricing page), and the refund policy makes that payment final.
Costs the plan card leaves out
- Paid months are final: Creatify’s refund policy, updated 23 August 2026, says “payments are final and non-refundable”.
- Cancelling ends the credits at the end of the billing period. The cancellation article, updated 1 September 2026, says “Your plan and remaining credits stay active until the end of the current billing period”; on our reading, carried-over credits go at the same time. The same flow offers Pause Plan, which keeps your projects and pauses billing.
- Seats: Starter has 1 and Pro includes 2 of up to 5; none of the pages we read prices an extra seat. Starter renders 1 generation at a time, Pro up to 5 in parallel (pricing page).
- Agent, Ad Flow and Ad Clone use credits that the credit usage article, updated 19 August 2026, says “cannot be determined upfront”. The FAQ, updated 20 September 2026, instead gives Ad Clone 1 credit a second; we could not tell which is current. Ad Clone and the Performance Agent are Pro features.
- Annual prices sit behind the page’s toggle, which we could not read, though the page says “SAVE UP TO 50% ON ANNUAL PLAN”. Before paying yearly, note the FAQ: “You cannot switch from an annual plan until you have less than 10 credits left.”

Where to compare Creatify’s cost
The AI ad cost calculator prices one kept Creatify ad at your own length and keep rate, with the 15-second rounding.
The Creatify profile covers what its terms allow in paid ads. Its row in the price tracker sits beside every other tool’s list price.
The AI UGC cost guide runs the same sums across tools, and free AI UGC generators sets Creatify’s 10 free credits beside other free plans.
Creatify alternatives compares tools that make the same ads on cost per video and credit expiry. HeyGen pricing works out HeyGen’s cost per ad by avatar model.

What changed on this page
- Added the pricing page FAQ’s revision rule beside the help FAQ’s, its answer that free credits do not carry into a paid plan, and its tooltip’s 2 to 20 credits a video ad. Cut two repeats: the bigger Pro tiers’ prices in Creatify’s page code, which the plan table’s notes give, and API Pro’s price in the API section, which its table gives. Plan prices unchanged on a re-read that day.
- Written. Plan prices from the 23 September 2026 check, re-read on the live pricing page on 24 September 2026 with no change; API plan prices read in Creatify’s API docs the same day.
