Adform says reports lead use of its MCP server, at a third
Adform says early users rate the connector that lets Claude or ChatGPT work inside its ad platform highly, and that reports make up almost a third of queries.
Adform sells a platform for buying programmatic ads, the ad space sold by automated auction across many websites and apps. Its MCP server is a connector that lets AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Claude work inside Adform FLOW, its buying and ad-serving system, with more than 800 functions open to them (Adform’s launch release). On 28 October 2026 Adform published its first usage figures, PPC Land reported.
Almost a third of the queries sent through the server ask for campaign reports, Adform says, more than any other job. Early users gave it a recommendation score of 9.5 on a ten-point scale and a usefulness rating of 4 on a five-point one, by Adform’s count. Adform does not say how many users answered or over what period. Its statement quotes employees of Omnicom Media Türkiye, Publicis Norway and Avante, and Silje Sandsbakk of Publicis Norway says it “drastically cuts down our Excel preparation time”.
PPC Land points out that each example in the 28 October statement only reads data, such as a report, a comparison or a troubleshooting check. Adform’s May launch release lists in-flight optimisation among the server’s uses, and the new statement does not say whether an agent can change a live campaign.

Reporting only reads data, and it tops early users’ queries in Adform’s own figures. So one connector slot on Claude Free covers that use, and running live campaigns through it is the part the 28 October statement leaves open.
