Amazon launches two Bee AI gadgets that listen and take notes
A $75 wristband and a $100 phone attachment turn conversations into summaries and to-dos, and a paid plan links them to Alexa+ and Amazon shopping.
Amazon launched two new Bee devices on Thursday 15 October 2026, small gadgets that listen to your conversations and turn them into summaries, to-do lists and reminders, Amazon says. Amazon bought Bee in July 2025, and these are the first devices it has added to the range since, CNBC notes.
At $75, Bee Frontier costs more than the $50 model it replaces, CNBC reports. A charge lasts up to seven days, and you wear it on the wrist or clip it to clothing. Bee Eclipse, at $100, is the size of a bank card and holds to the back of a phone with a magnet. Frontier is on sale now; Amazon has given no date for Eclipse.
Linking a Bee to Alexa+, Amazon’s AI voice assistant, to Amazon’s store or to apps such as Gmail and Outlook takes Bee Pro, a $12 a month plan that also removes the cap on summaries. Mention that you need dish soap, and the product can then appear on your Amazon homepage, CNBC explains.
Amazon says audio is processed live and then deleted, a light shows when a device is listening, and before each recorded call, users are prompted to ask the other people for consent.
For retail marketers, Amazon can now turn what Bee Pro users say out loud into product suggestions in its own store, once they link their account.
