Which costs less for a 30-second ad?
Creatify, for a 30-second avatar ad on its entry plans; Topview’s cheapest 30 seconds come from generated Seedance clips on annual Ultra. The two rates price different outputs: Topview publishes no avatar rate, and Creatify publishes no Seedance rate.
Creatify bills avatar video at 5 credits per 15 seconds, “rounded up” (help centre). On Starter at $39 a month, 30 seconds use 10 credits: $3.90 if every credit is used, read . A 31-second ad bills as 45 seconds.
Topview prices Seedance 2.5 at 720p at 6 credits per 4 seconds, so 30 seconds use 45 credits (Topview pricing). On Basic at $18 a month, billed yearly, that is $16.20 if every credit is used, read .

Method: plan price divided by its credits, times the credits a 30-second output uses. Creatify’s prices are monthly billing; Topview’s are yearly billing. Topview’s pricing FAQ says credit costs can change “at any time, without prior notice”.
Creatify’s generated clips run on Veo 3 at a flat 10 credits for up to 8 seconds, the same credits as a 30-second avatar ad. Every Creatify plan and length: Creatify pricing. Your own volumes: the cost per AI ad calculator.
Product link to video on each
Both start from a product page. Creatify turns a URL into avatar ads, makes batch variants and, from Pro, clones a reference ad; its pricing grid lists an “Ad Launcher (Meta / TikTok / AppLovin)” (pricing).
Topview takes product links, scripts or reference ads and makes avatar or generated videos with Seedance, Kling or Veo. It adds product avatars that hold your item, and a Canvas for node workflows. Avatar 4 videos run up to 180 seconds.
On Creatify, a link turns into many ad variations to run against each other (15 of 61 sources: G2, Reddit). On Topview, users say product videos come faster than filming by hand (7 of 73 sources: Trustpilot, Trustpilot).
What “unlimited” means on Topview
Unlimited generations on Topview run on the web only, in a queue, and automation is barred. Ultra’s card gives 30-day unlimited Seedance 2.5 and 2.0 at 720p (pricing).
On annual “unlimited” plans a clip takes hours to days (33 of 73 sources: Trustpilot, Trustpilot). Buyers get one to a few videos a day unless they spend credits.
What each plan lets you run in paid ads
Paid plans on both allow ads with conditions. Creatify can take your rights back on a breach, and Topview needs approval for health ads.
Creatify’s terms (effective 23 September 2024) grant use “subject to the limitations and restrictions of the subscription tier” and assign you its copyright in your assets (6.2).
On a breach, “all rights granted to you shall revert to Creatify”, and two breaches count: using assets “to train artificial intelligence models, systems or networks” (6.2), and any Moderation Policy breach (6.1). That policy bans “Fraudulent, deceptive practices, including scams, spam, or intellectual property violations”.
Creatify’s Free plan is unclear: section 1 says “Users of the Free Tier have limited rights” and lists none.
Topview’s terms (9 September 2026) assign you “all right, title, and interest it may have” in your output. Prohibited uses include “any commercial purpose, including for advertising, if you are a Free User”; the pricing page shows no free plan. Ads for “medical devices or services or pharmaceutical products” need “our prior written approval”, and political ads need it too.
Each clause by plan: Creatify and Topview in the rights matrix.
What happens to your money and files when you stop
Creatify keeps your money; Topview keeps your files.
Creatify’s refund policy (23 August 2026) says payments are “final and non-refundable”, and the terms give no “refund or credit for amounts already billed or paid” after cancelling (section 4). Credits stay valid for two months. Users report refunds refused even for unusable results (8 of 61 sources: Trustpilot, Reddit).
Topview refunds within 3 days, only with credits unused, minus the value of any unlimited generations. Credits reset each month on monthly plans; on annual plans “you get all your credits upfront, and they reset every year” (pricing FAQ).
After you close a Topview account, your content and output are “retained internally on a permanent basis” (terms, 9 September 2026). Items you delete one by one leave production systems within 30 days and backups within 90, except where law requires Topview to keep them.
Outside Enterprise, Topview trains on “Your Content and Output” by default; emailing support opts you out going forward.
Creatify’s terms take a perpetual licence to your prompts and assets to “provide, maintain, promote, and improve the Services” (6.5), and name training for Community Assets only (6.3).

On Topview, 73 public sources from June 2025 to September 2026:
- Paid credits buy more video per dollar than rivals running the same Seedance models (8 of 73 sources: Trustpilot, Trustpilot)
- Wrong or inconsistent outputs still cost credits, and the agent’s cost shows only after it runs (14 of 73 sources: Trustpilot, Trustpilot)
- Support is a bot or slow email when something breaks, and refunds are slow or refused (11 of 73 sources: Trustpilot, Trustpilot)
On Creatify, 61 public sources from August 2025 to September 2026:
- Credits run out faster than the pricing suggests: retries, failed renders and agent runs all bill (15 of 61 sources: Trustpilot, Reddit)
- Outputs miss the brief, with lip sync off or faces changing mid-shot (17 of 61 sources: Trustpilot, Trustpilot)
- Renewals and charges after cancelling (9 of 61 sources: Trustpilot, Trustpilot)
If neither fits
For a commerce video agent that schedules posts to TikTok, Pippit is ByteDance’s: its profile sets out its plans. For cheaper avatar minutes, HeyGen Creator at $29 a month works out at $0.10 for a 30-second ad if every credit is used, on (HeyGen pricing).
