Pippit AI product video maker
Verdict on Pippit
Pippit suits TikTok Shop sellers drafting product-link ads on its watermarked free plan; paid cards state no renewal price. The free plan needs no card and includes the Video agent, which turns a product link into an ad (pricing page checked ).
Of 35 public user sources, 16 report late support replies, and refunds or promised credits that rarely arrive (Trustpilot, Trustpilot).

What Pippit makes from a product link
Pippit’s Video Agent turns “any link, file, or media into videos, with customizable aspect ratios and durations”, says its homepage. Its Reference Video mode borrows “a trending video’s script, narrative structure, and visuals” for a new story.
Pippit’s avatars come in three kinds: library digital avatars, custom “twin Avatars” from your own photo or video, and AI Talking Photo, which animates a still (homepage).
Publishing sits in the same account. The plan comparison on the pricing page has rows for “Scheduling and publishing”, “Add TikTok Shop links to videos” and a “Content-driven TikTok Shop sales” report. No plan card lists those features, and Pippit’s schedule posting page begins its steps with “create a free account” and names no plan.
The AI list in Pippit’s site footer on 2 October 2026 names Veo 3.1, Seedream 5.0 Pro, Sora 2, Seedance 2.5 and Nano Banana Pro. The header’s AI Models menu lists Sora 2 too.
OpenAI removed the Sora 2 models from its API on 24 September 2026 (deprecations page; Sora 2 shut down). Pippit’s pages do not say whether those Sora 2 entries still make Sora 2 video.
Pippit, CapCut Commerce Pro and CapCut Pro
Pippit is the product that was CapCut Commerce Pro. The old commercepro.capcut.com address redirects to pippit.ai. Section 1 of the general version of the CapCut terms defines the Commerce Pro and Pippit platforms together as Pippit.
CapCut Pro is a separate subscription. CapCut’s help centre calls it “CapCut’s premium VIP service” for editing video in the CapCut apps (What Is CapCut Pro?, 25 March 2026). CapCut’s own menu lists Pippit apart from its editors, as a “Smart creative agent”, and Pippit sells its own plans. Neither page says whether one subscription covers the other.
What Pippit costs: a free plan and offer prices
Pippit’s free plan needs no card (“No credit card required”). Its card lists “Get free daily credits”, with no daily amount stated, and adds “Some features might cost credits”. Its other lines include “Generate avatar videos” and “Make 3 free photo avatars (30+ languages)” (pricing page, read 2 October 2026).
“Remove watermark” appears in the Starter, Plus and Pro lists and not in Free’s, so free videos carry the watermark. No plan card states a free-trial length or terms. The page’s FAQ asks “Are free trials available?”, and its closing button reads “Start your free trial”.
Pippit’s paid plans show only as offers. On 2 October 2026 every monthly and yearly card showed a price about 40 per cent below a struck-through one. Each says “Auto renews, cancel anytime.” and gives no renewal price (pricing page).
The currency also changes with where the page is opened, so the spec table and the price tracker print every paid price as Unverified.
Each card lists a monthly credit allowance: 1,575 on Starter, 3,885 on Plus, and 8,645 to 59,000 across five Pro tiers. The pricing page gives no credit cost per video, so no cost per ad can be worked out from it.
Five of 35 user sources report credit rules changing without notice, from free daily credits cut to edit prices rising day to day (Trustpilot, Trustpilot).
What CapCut’s terms allow in paid ads
Pippit runs under the CapCut Terms of Service, and the address serves a version by location. The US version names TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC and puts the clauses in the table in section 9; the general version names Bytedance Pte. Ltd. and puts them in section 10.
The Materials License Agreement says US users are governed by a separate “CapCut US Materials License Agreement”; the text quoted below is the general one.
The agreement puts its no-endorsement condition on ads “on e-commerce platforms” only; its next line, for ads “via other online media”, carries none.
| Document | What it says |
|---|---|
| CapCut terms 15 Apr 2026, s.9 (US) or s.10 (general), Company Content | “For Pippit, you are expressly permitted to use Company Content for commercial purposes, subject to compliance with the CapCut Materials License Agreement.” |
| CapCut terms 15 Apr 2026, s.9 (US) or s.10 (general), Company Content | “non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license” and “may terminate this license at any time for any reason or no reason.” |
| Materials License Agreement 22 Jan 2026, Permitted uses of Dual Use Materials | “as promotional, marketing or advertising materials for goods or services on e-commerce platforms, provided that such content must not be used to endorse authenticity, legality, quality or other aspects of the products or services” |
| Materials License Agreement 22 Jan 2026, What you cannot do | “advertising or promotional materials for tobacco products, pharmaceutical, healthcare, herbal or medical products (including without limitation dietary supplements, digestive aids, herbal supplements, personal hygiene or birth control products)” |
| CapCut terms 15 Apr 2026, s.9 (US) or s.10 (general), User-Generated Content | “worldwide license to use your username, image and likeness to identify you as the source of any of your User Content, including for use in sponsored content.” |
Scroll sideways for all 2 columns
The agreement’s “What you cannot do” list bars Platform Materials from ads for health products, “dietary supplements” and “personal hygiene” products among them, and from tobacco ads.
The general version defines Company Content as “the creative materials provided directly by CapCut for use in your projects”; templates and video clips are among them.
The agreement’s ad permission covers only “Dual Use Materials”, which it says carry “commercial use” or “commercial” marks on the platform. Row 1 makes the terms’ commercial permission subject to the agreement, so an ad may carry only materials with those marks.
The terms do not say whether Pippit’s digital avatars count as Company Content. If they do, a testimonial-style avatar ad on an e-commerce platform falls under the no-endorsement condition.
Your uploads are licensed to CapCut: you grant a transferable, “sub-licensable, perpetual and worldwide license to use your User Content”. Every upload falls under the likeness licence in the table’s last row, “including for use in sponsored content”. The same section waives your publicity rights in that content “to the extent permitted by applicable law”.
The AI commercial use matrix rates paid ads Allowed with conditions on every plan, and stock avatars in ads, client work and resale Unclear. Disclosure rules for synthetic presenters: Are AI UGC ads legal?. Pippit posts to TikTok directly, where TikTok’s AI-generated content label applies.
What 35 user sources say about Pippit
Pippit’s Trustpilot page shows 52 reviews and a TrustScore of 1.7, with 86 per cent at one star, on 2 October 2026.
We counted 35 public sources dated 8 August 2025 to 26 September 2026. They are 31 Trustpilot reviews, two blog reviews, one YouTube review and one YouTube comment. Nearly every other YouTube video on Pippit carries partner tags or affiliate links, so those are left out.
Support is the loudest complaint, in 16 of 35 sources. One reviewer says replies come “in over 5+ business days”. Another says Nano Banana Pro and Veo were pulled in March 2026 and the 500 replacement credits promised never arrived (Trustpilot, Trustpilot). Pippit’s site footer lists both models again on 2 October 2026.
The praise is about the first draft. Four of 35 sources say a product link or photo becomes an editable ad within a few minutes (YouTube, Techpoint Africa). Both blog reviews date from August 2025, before the 2026 credit changes.

How Topview, Creatify and TikTok Symphony differ from Pippit
Topview also turns product links into videos. Its pricing page publishes a credit rate for each model, so a clip’s cost can be worked out before you pay. It has no free plan. See Topview AI for ads.
Creatify makes product-link and avatar ads and lists an Ad Launcher for Meta, TikTok and AppLovin. Its plan and credit rates give a 30-second avatar ad at $3.90 on Starter at $39 a month, if every credit is used (Creatify pricing, prices checked ). See Creatify for UGC ads.
TikTok Symphony makes avatar and product-avatar ads inside TikTok, with clips synced to Ads Manager (help page). TikTok’s Symphony pages state no price. Of 18 user sources, 9 report using it free with a daily credit allowance (YouTube, YouTube). See TikTok Symphony.

Questions buyers ask about Pippit
Is Pippit free?
Yes, with a watermark. The free plan gives daily credits with no card, and “Remove watermark” starts on Starter, whose price shows only as an offer.
Is Pippit the same as CapCut Commerce Pro?
Yes. The Commerce Pro address redirects to pippit.ai, and the general CapCut terms define the two platforms together as Pippit. CapCut Pro is the separate subscription to CapCut’s video editor.
Are Pippit AI ads cleared for commercial use?
With conditions. CapCut’s terms clear its templates and clips for commercial use on Pippit. Its general Materials License Agreement bars them from endorsing products on e-commerce platforms, and from tobacco and health-product ads. CapCut can also end that licence at any time. The terms do not say whether Pippit’s digital avatars count as those templates and clips.
