What you get on each plan, and notes
Free
What you get: 500 emails a month, 250 contacts, 500 web push notifications, Omnisend branding required on emails and forms. The AI page says the free plan includes AI subject lines, content writing, segmentation and form creation (omnisend.com/ai, 1 November 2026).
Notes: 24/7 live chat and email support on every plan, free included (pricing page).
Standard
What you get: 251 to 500 contacts: 16 USD, 6,000 emails a month (12 times the list size). 2,001 to 2,500 contacts: 44 USD, 30,000 emails. 9,001 to 10,000 contacts: 132 USD, 120,000 emails. 45,001 to 50,000 contacts: 413 USD, 600,000 emails. Includes Forms AI and Reports AI agents, unlimited web push, A/B tests, no Omnisend branding. Dynamic content, product recommender and personalised sending time are 5 USD a month add-ons from the entry tier.
Notes: Prices are the monthly list prices read from the pricing page’s script (1 November 2026). The page advertises 30% off when paying three months upfront (for example 33.60 USD for the first three months at the entry tier) and then bills monthly; no annual plan was found. SMS is not part of Standard.
Pro
What you get: Unlimited emails; 59 USD up to 2,500 contacts, then 150 USD at 9,001 to 10,000 and 715 USD at 45,001 to 50,000. Adds Agent Pro tools (dynamic content, product recommender, personalised sending time), account expert from 400 USD a month, and global SMS credits sold separately (from 0.007 USD a message for high-volume US sends).
Notes: Same 30%-for-three-months-upfront offer as Standard. Email sends are unlimited with fair use up to 60 times the list size (pricing page feature table). Past 150,000 contacts the page sends buyers to sales.

Omnisend’s price at 500, 2,500, 10,000 and 50,000 contacts

Standard is the cheaper plan at every size. Pro costs $43 more at 500 contacts, $15 more at 2,500, $18 more at 10,000 and $302 more at 50,000 (Omnisend pricing).

500 $16 6,000 $59
2,500 $44 30,000 $59
10,000 $132 120,000 $150
50,000 $413 600,000 $715

At the cap, Standard works out at $1.10 per 1,000 emails at 10,000 contacts.

Pro holds one price from 251 to 2,500 contacts, so it is best value near 2,500. There Pro costs $15 more than Standard. A store that sends each contact more than 12 emails a month, or wants SMS, gets both for little extra. The price table for all 15 email tools sets Omnisend’s curve beside the others.

What the Omnisend free plan allows

Omnisend Free holds 250 contacts and sends 500 emails and 500 web push notifications a month. It needs no credit card. The “Powered by Omnisend” badge is required on emails and forms; Standard and Pro make it optional (Omnisend pricing).

The writing AI comes with it. The AI page’s FAQ says the free plan includes help with “subject line generation, content writing, segmentation, and form creation” (Omnisend AI). SMS is not included.

Those caps run out fast for a store. Divide 500 emails by 250 contacts: two sends a month to the whole list, before any flow fires.

Is there an Omnisend free trial or trial code?

No. The pricing page lists no trial period and no code. The Free plan stands in for a trial, since it has no end date.

The one published deal is on payment. Pay three months upfront and Standard or Pro cost 30 per cent less for those months; after that, the page says, “you will be billed monthly” (Omnisend pricing). At the entry tier Standard costs $33.60 for the first three months in place of $48.

Watch the plan cards. They show the discounted monthly figure, $11.20 for Standard, while the list price is $16 a month (Omnisend pricing). The page shows no annual plan.

Omnisend's pricing page at a list size of 251 to 500 contacts: Free at $0 with 500 emails and 250 contacts, Standard at $11.20 a month and Pro at $41.30 a month with the three-months-upfront discount switched on

What moves you to the next tier

Omnisend counts contacts, and the pricing page defines them: “You’re billed for subscribers and non-subscribers who received automated messages. Unsubscribed contacts aren’t billed.”

A buyer who never opted in but gets an order follow-up flow counts towards your tier. The contacts who leave do not, so an unsubscribe lowers the count.

The email cap can force a move as well. Standard sends 12 times your list size a month; Pro is “unlimited”, with fair use up to 60 times. A store with 2,500 contacts on Standard can send 30,000 emails a month. A month of 31,000 sends breaks it, and Pro costs $15 more at that size.

Past 150,000 contacts the page sends you to sales for a quote.

What Omnisend charges for SMS, seats and a dedicated IP

SMS sits on Pro and is billed per message on top of the plan. US rates fall with volume, from $0.009 to $0.007 a message. The FAQ adds that Pro users get “bonus SMS credits equal to your monthly bill” (Omnisend pricing).

Standard can buy three Pro tools one by one. Dynamic content, the product recommender and personalised sending time each cost from $5 a month, rising with the list.

Team seats cost nothing extra. The help centre says “Omnisend plans offer unlimited user seats” (Omnisend Help Center).

A dedicated IP is a sending address no other sender shares. Omnisend recommends one from 300,000 emails a week and grants it through support after a deliverability review (Omnisend Help Center). Neither article names a price.

Two extras are free. Account experts go to anyone paying at least $400 a month, and the pricing page promises migration from another platform: “We migrate your contacts, data, and segments for you.”

Which Omnisend plan has the AI features

Omnisend’s writing AI is on every plan, Free included. The shopping AI is the part you pay for.

The product recommender, dynamic content and personalised sending time come with Pro, or as Standard add-ons. Its how-to answer tells paid plans to “select Continue with AI when creating forms” (Omnisend AI). The Omnisend profile covers the MCP connection for ChatGPT and Claude, and whether Omnisend trains AI on your list.

The terms name no AI training on your list. Clause 10.6 lets Omnisend copy account content to build tools that spot problem accounts.
