Static banners or video ads: what each makes

AdCreative.ai makes static ads; Creatify makes video ads first and image ads beside them.

AdCreative.ai generates banners in platform sizes, ad copy and product photoshoots from one brand kit. Each carries a predicted click-through score, the vendor’s own claim (homepage). It also sells product and stock video, and 3 of 34 user sources say that video lags other AI video tools (G2, Trustpilot).

Creatify turns a product link or script into avatar video ads and image ads, with 300 AI actors on Starter (pricing page). Pro adds Ad Clone, a competitor ad tracker and the Performance Agent, and the compare grid lists an Ad Launcher for Meta, TikTok and AppLovin. More video tools by job: product video tools.

What each Starter plan buys

Creatify prices an image ad at $0.195 to $0.39 on Starter, depending on which of its two stated rates applies; AdCreative.ai prices a download at $3.90. Only Creatify publishes a credit rate for video.

AdCreative.ai Starter, $39 a month, holds 10 credits, one per downloaded creative: $3.90 each if every credit is used (plans, checked ). Creatify Starter, $39 a month, holds 100 credits. Avatar video bills 5 credits per 15 seconds, rounded up (credit article), so a 16-second ad bills as 30.

Creatify states two image-ad rates. Its pricing page puts the Free plan’s 10 credits at “up to 2 video ads or 20 image ads”, half a credit each, while the credit article lists “Images: 1 credit per image generated”. The table shows both.

AdCreative.ai’s larger Starter tiers lower its cost per download to $3.78 at 50 credits, and its yearly Starter rate to $2.00. Terms 1.3 say generating “may” use credits as well as downloading. Every plan: AdCreative.ai pricing and Creatify pricing; your own volumes: the cost per AI ad calculator.

Who owns the ads, and can you hand them to clients?

Not legal advice This section quotes AdCreative.ai’s and Creatify’s terms with their dates and reads them as an ad buyer would. Ask a lawyer before you rely on any reading here.

Creatify’s terms assign you its copyright in your assets, with conditions; AdCreative.ai’s self-serve terms contain no ownership grant.

Creatify’s terms (effective 23 September 2024) say “You own all your original content in the Assets you create” and that Creatify “assigns to you all copyright rights it may have” (6.2). Two limits follow: assets may not train AI, and all use stays under its Moderation Policy. On a breach, “all rights granted to you shall revert to Creatify” (6.2).

Its help-centre FAQ adds: “You own all of your creatives, even after your plan ends.” Section 7.3 covers “any personal, private, or commercial use you make or permit to be made of the Assets”, which reaches client work. The Free tier has “limited rights” (section 1), and the terms do not list them.

AdCreative.ai’s subscriber terms (19 December 2025) give access “solely for Customer’s internal business purposes” (2.1), and 7.3 keeps its ownership of “any work derived from the use of this Services”. Only the Enterprise terms say the projects “will be owned by the Client”.

Clause by clause: AdCreative.ai and Creatify in the rights matrix.

Trials, renewals and refunds

AdCreative.ai’s trial takes a card (18 of 34 sources); Creatify has a free plan and refunds nothing once paid.

AdCreative.ai’s homepage offers a “7 day free trial. Cancel anytime.” Clause 4.2 asks for cancellation 7 days before a monthly cycle ends. Refunds under 4.7 need a written request within 7 days of subscribing, for a service not used.

18 of 34 AdCreative.ai sources report the trial taking a card and converting to a charge of $249 to $500 a month, with refunds refused or delayed (G2, Reddit).

Creatify’s Free plan gives 10 credits a month with a watermark, and its credits “cannot be transferred to or used on paid plans”. The refund policy (23 August 2026) says “payments are final and non-refundable”. A cancelled plan runs to the end of its billing period. 8 of 61 Creatify sources report refunds refused, even for unusable results (Trustpilot, Reddit).
