Omnichat raises $10 million for AI agents that sell in chat apps

The Hong Kong company’s agents write campaigns, recommend products and close orders inside WhatsApp, LINE, Instagram and other messaging apps.

Omnichat, a Hong Kong company whose software runs marketing and sales inside messaging apps, raised a $10 million Series A led by Openspace Capital, with Darwin Ventures and Acorn Pacific Ventures, it announced on 26 October 2026. The money goes to four AI agents. A sales agent suggests products and takes the order inside the chat, a marketing agent turns one prompt into a targeted campaign, a service agent handles questions, and OmniClaw reports on chats and revenue.

The agents run in seven apps, among them WhatsApp, Instagram, WeChat and TikTok, and Omnichat also traces in-store purchases back to the chat that led to them. OmniClaw launched in June; Omnichat says around 300 brands were using it two months later, with Dyson, FILA and Watsons on its client list. Omnichat says its more than 5,000 clients have made over $100 million through the platform in total, over no stated period. At about $20,000 of sales per client so far, Omnichat’s customers are mostly small shops, and the vendor whose sales agent closes the order in chat also credits the revenue back to the conversation, so the sale’s attribution comes from Omnichat’s own count.
