Verdict on Madgicx

Madgicx suits Meta-heavy stores wanting insights and automation in one account, if you accept spend-based, non-refundable billing. Its lowest spend band costs $45 a month (pricing, checked ), and 11 of 72 user reviews credit its creative insights.

But 22 of the 72 report the 7-day trial turning into a quarterly or annual charge, and the terms say “all amounts paid are non-refundable”.

Eight of 72 user sources judge Madgicx’s AI output, and all eight call the generated ads or the AI insights generic. One says “their ad designs are like chatGPT images (worse in my experience actually)” (Reddit).

Does Madgicx work for Google Ads and TikTok?

For reporting, yes: Madgicx reads Google Ads, GA4 and TikTok, and its help pages give launch steps for Meta alone. One-Click Report reads “Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Shopify, Klaviyo, and TikTok”, per the pricing page FAQ.

The ad types article lists Meta ad types alone. A Google Ads article asks for access “to view data and launch Google Ads via Madgicx”, yet both connection steps it gives lead to reports.

What Madgicx costs at each ad-spend band

Madgicx prices its one plan by declared monthly ad spend (pricing page, checked ), and its plans article ties the price to “monthly Meta ad spend”. Above $30,000, the pricing page says “See price inside the app”.

Madgicx's pricing page on load: the headline Start for Free, Choose Your Plan Later, monthly ad spend set to less than $1K, the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual toggle with a Save 30% note, Madgicx Pro Complete with AI at $45 a month, and the line Try 100% free for 7 days. Cancel Anytime
The pricing page opens on the lowest spend band, monthly billing and the 7-day trial line. Madgicx pricing page, captured

Quarterly billing takes about 15 per cent off each band; annual billing takes about 30 per cent, which the pricing page labels “Save 30%”. Each bill covers three or twelve months, since terms section 7(b) makes fees payable in advance.

Up to $1,000 $45 $384 $114 $32 $38

Tracking Pro, the add-on for “advanced tracking and attribution”, costs $49 a month (pricing page), and each extra ad account costs $9 a month (plans article).

The band rises by itself and falls only on request. Madgicx’s spend-limit article moves monthly users up “automatically for subsequent months” once they reach “105% of your ad spend package”. Quarterly and annual users pay that month’s difference at the undiscounted monthly price.

Moving down goes through support, per the downgrade article. One Trustpilot reviewer’s plan “did not automatically downgrade after ad spend decreased” (review).

Madgicx’s own plans article still says plans “start from” $99 a month, and Software Advice prints the same. That is the pricing page’s monthly price for the $1,000 to $2,500 band. Toolradar lists $44 on a “Starter plan” the pricing page does not show. The AI ads page offers “accurate data analysis for” $29 a month “forever” and names no plan.

Madgicx’s bands sit beside other tools’ plans in the AI ad tool price tracker.

Madgicx’s 7-day free trial: cancelling and refunds

Madgicx’s plans article says what follows: “After 7 days, your plan will automatically be upgraded to the default Madgicx All-in-One plan.” Its upgrade screen shows “how often you pay, whether monthly, quarterly, or annually”. The pricing page also offers “No results? Get a free trial extension”.

The trial FAQ on the spend-limit article gives another outcome: “If no subscription is started after the trial ends, you get the Madgicx Limited Freemium plan”. Neither article says which applies when, or which billing period the automatic upgrade uses.

No Madgicx page read on 2 October 2026 says whether the trial needs a card. Toolradar printed “(no credit card)” that day, while a Reddit poster writes that Madgicx “asked for a credit card upfront” (Reddit).

To cancel, the cancellation article gives one path: the profile icon, then “Your subscriptions”, then the “Subscription package” section. A paid plan shows “Cancel Subscription” there and a trial shows “Cancel Trial”.

The article adds that you “can cancel your trial before it ends to avoid being upgraded to a paid plan”, and does not say when a cancellation takes effect.

The pricing page’s trial line reads “Try 100% free for 7 days. Cancel Anytime”. Terms section 7(b) reads: “All payment obligations are non-cancelable and all amounts paid are non-refundable.”

22 of 72 sources report the trial turning into a quarterly or annual charge, some after cancelling. Of those 22, 21 date from August 2025 on (Reddit, Trustpilot). One Reddit poster reports a $584 charge “for a quarterly subscription” when the trial ended, after a reminder email that gave no amount.

Refunds draw the most complaints: 26 of 72 sources say they were refused or took weeks (Trustpilot, Reddit). One Reddit commenter replies that the site makes the trial and the paid plan after it clear (comment).

Watch out The first bill after the trial can cover three or twelve months at once. To dispute a fee, terms section 7(b) says “you must notify us in writing of the dispute within 15 days of the applicable billing or invoice date”.

Who owns ads made with Madgicx’s AI, under its terms?

Not legal advice This section quotes Madgicx’s Terms of Service, last updated 18 November 2024, as read on 2 October 2026. Ask a lawyer before you rely on any reading here.

The terms never mention AI-generated ads, so they do not say who owns what the AI Ad Generator makes. Two definitions could each cover one.

“Customer Data” means “all information that you submit or collect via the Services”, and section 3 leaves you “sole right, title and interest” in it.

“Madgicx Content” means “all information, data, text, messages, software, sound, video, images and tags that we provide or make available via, or that we incorporate into, the Services”. Section 3 keeps for Madgicx “any other content, products or services provided hereunder (other than Customer Data)”.

Section 2 grants Madgicx a “perpetual, royalty-free license” to Customer Data, “solely to provide the Services and as permitted by applicable law and this Agreement”. Section 4 adds: “We may use Customer Data in an anonymized manner for machine learning, in order to support and improve the Services.”

Other tools’ ad-use clauses sit side by side in the AI commercial use table.

What Madgicx users report: insights on G2, billing on Trustpilot and Reddit
