Verdict on Atria

Atria (tryatria.com) fits competitor ad research and briefs; 5 of 13 public reviews report unwanted charges. Three users credit its ad library for briefs, and Core costs $159 a month on monthly billing (prices checked ). But no clause in its terms gives you ownership of AI outputs, and fees are “non-refundable” unless the law or Atria says otherwise (section 4).

What Atria does for ads

Atria puts competitor ad research and AI drafting beside your own Meta and TikTok reporting. Its homepage calls it “Your creative engine that drives winning ads”.

The homepage names the agent Raya and says “Raya batch uploads dozens of creatives to Meta” and “Raya grades every single ad and tells you exactly what to fix”.

Atria’s copy drafting sits beside 12 other tools, by price and free-plan ad use, in AI for ad copy.

What Atria costs

Atria’s Core plan is $129 a month billed yearly, or $159 a month on monthly billing (pricing page, ). The page opens on yearly prices, each card with a yearly saving. Monthly billing is the per-month price billed yearly, plus the yearly saving divided by 12. Core: 129 + 360 ÷ 12 = 159. Plus: 479 + 1,440 ÷ 12 = 599. Business: 959 + 2,880 ÷ 12 = 1,199, the figure in the page’s structured data.

Atria’s plans, from its pricing page and homepage, prices checked 1 Oct 2026

Each extra seat costs $20 a month. The pricing page gives no credit cost for any AI action, such as a script or an image. It prices one thing in credits: MCP and REST API calls past the plan’s cap cost “1 AI credit each”.

The pricing page shows no Free plan card. Atria’s homepage says “No credit card required” and “1,000 free credits included”, and terms section 4 lists a Free plan. Section 3 mentions entering card details “following expiry of your trial” without giving a trial length.

Two third-party reviews describe an offer Atria’s own pages do not show. Dupple gives “a 7-day free trial” and one seat on Core. A Listicler review lists Plus at $269 a month billed yearly; Atria’s pricing page shows $479 a month billed yearly.

Every Atria plan sits beside other tools’ plans in the AI ad tool price tracker.

Who owns the ads Atria’s AI makes, under its terms

Not legal advice This section quotes Atria’s Terms of Service as read on 2 October 2026; they show no revision date. Ask a lawyer before you rely on any reading here.

No clause in Atria’s terms gives you ownership of AI outputs. Section 6 says “we own all IPR in Atria (Our IPR)”, with two exceptions: content you upload, which stays yours, and ads taken from public ad libraries. The terms do not say whether AI outputs fall under Our IPR.

If they do, section 6 says “You may only use Our IPR in order to operate your Atria account”, and section 8 bars you from exploiting it “for any commercial purposes”.

Section 10, on Generative AI, says it “carries certain risks, including factually untrue outputs, biased outputs, data security vulnerabilities, IP infringement, privacy risks, and additional licence terms”. It adds: “Your use of Generative AI is at your own risk”, and you agree to indemnify and release Atria from claims arising from it.

Section 6 indemnifies you against a third party’s claim that “your use of Our IPR in accordance with these Terms” infringes its IP. Section 10 applies to any use of Generative AI “notwithstanding anything to the contrary”, so for AI features it puts the risk and an indemnity on you.

Sign up on behalf of a company and section 3 adds a licence: “you consent to us using, and hereby license us to use, your company’s logo, name and testimonials in marketing material to promote Atria”. The terms name no way to withdraw that licence.

Competitors’ ads in the library stay theirs. Section 8 says you must not “sell, license or exploit for any commercial purposes, any third-party owned IPR that you obtain from Atria” without the owner’s consent.

Watch out Section 4: “Subscription fees and purchases of AI credits or other paid services are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law or otherwise stated on the Atria platform or website.” Section 13 says paid plans renew monthly unless either side gives “written notice” of cancellation, and once you cancel, “recurring monthly payments will stop immediately”.

Other tools’ clauses on ad use sit side by side in the AI commercial use table.

13 public reviews of Atria: the library praised, billing reported

We count 13 public reviews of Atria, from February 2025 to May 2026. Seven are on Trustpilot, four on Reddit, one on G2 and one on YouTube, and they split by job.

On research, three users rate the competitor library as input for briefs. One Reddit user sums it up as “competitor library, swipe file type stuff. good for briefs” (comment).

An agency owner’s walkthrough of Atria’s creative analysis: a competitor’s ads, hooks, angles and landing pages Video: Why I Switched to Atria: Your New AI Creative Strategist (vs Foreplay), Aleksandar Hadzhiyski on YouTube, .

On billing, 5 of the 13 report charges after cancelling or inside a trial. Two of those, a Trustpilot review and a Reddit comment a day apart in September 2025, describe the same cancellation problem.

One reviewer writes “The cancel button on their site doesn’t even work” and reports a charge of over $100 (review). Section 13 of the terms names that button, “Current plan” then “Cancel plan”, as a way to cancel. Against that, a four-star reviewer in April 2025 reports a refund after forgetting to cancel a 14-day trial (review).

On AI output, three found the generated ads unusable, one calling them “plastic and inhuman” (review). A four-star reviewer saw Clone Ad change the product and was refused a credit refund (review).

Trustpilot showed a TrustScore of 3.0 from 8 reviews on 2 October 2026, seven of them displayed, 63 per cent one-star. Atria’s homepage shows “4.9 on G2”; we could not read Atria’s G2 page on 1 October 2026, so none of its reviews is counted. The one G2 source above is a Foreplay review that compares Atria.

How Foreplay and AdCreative.ai price beside Atria

Atria caps the ad spend Core and Plus analyse; Foreplay prices no plan by spend. If you only need a swipe file, Foreplay’s Basic plan is $59 a month for one user with ad search, against Core’s $159 a month. Competitor tracking starts on Workflow at $175 a month (Foreplay pricing, ).

Foreplay’s terms leave you ownership of your User Content (section 9), which section 5 defines as “All content you add, create, upload, submit, or post”.

AdCreative.ai generates image ads, as Atria’s AI does, and bills a credit per download: Starter is $39 a month for 10 credits (pricing, ). Like Atria’s, its subscriber terms grant no ownership, and 7.3 makes AdCreative.ai owner of “any work derived from the use of this Services” (terms).

Motion (motionapp.com) gates its plans by spend too. Starter is $750 a month for up to $50,000 of monthly spend with unlimited seats (Motion pricing, ). Atria’s Core is $159 a month for up to $500,000 with five seats.

Motion’s terms give you a licence to AI outputs and reports “solely for the Permitted Purpose” (3.3), which 1.39 defines as “internal use” unless an order form adds another purpose.
