Method: the plan whose spend cap covers each figure. Atria’s card shows a yearly price and a “Save” figure; the monthly price adds the saving back. Motion’s Growth plan reads “Let’s chat”. Spend is not the only cap: Atria Core allows 5 seats and 5 ad accounts, and an extra seat costs $20. Motion Starter lists unlimited seats and ad accounts.
Omniconvert’s comparison, marked “Updated June 2026”, prints a Motion starting price of $250 a month. Motion’s pricing page shows $750 a month for its entry plan on . Every tool’s ad-spend grid: the creative research hub.
Which job does each do?
Atria starts from other brands’ ads; Motion starts from yours.
Atria pairs a library of Meta and TikTok ads, with brands to follow, with reports on your own accounts. Its AI strategist drafts concepts, scripts, copy and images (homepage). Core includes 4,000 AI credits a month, and the pricing page gives no credit cost per action.
Motion tags every ad you have run by hook, format and angle, and ranks them on a leaderboard. It sends briefs and daily or weekly reports into Slack (pricing). Its cards add benchmarks and inspiration boards. Both plans include MCP access, so an AI assistant can query the data.
Which ad platforms does each read?
Motion reads four for your own accounts: Meta, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, with the fullest features on Meta (feature matrix, updated 29 November 2025). Atria’s pages name Meta and TikTok for both its library and your accounts.
Users say Motion’s coverage thins past Meta. Google beyond YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat and Reddit are missing, and TikTok and LinkedIn get less (13 of 104 sources: G2, G2).
Who owns the reports and AI output?
Motion licenses its reports for internal use, and Atria’s terms give no ownership of AI output. Your own ad data stays yours on both.
Motion’s terms (12 May 2026) grant reports and AI outputs under a “limited, revocable, non-exclusive” licence during the Service Term, “solely for the Permitted Purpose” (3.3).
Section 1.39 defines that purpose as “internal use or such other additional permitted purpose as may be set out in an applicable Order Form”. Section 3.3 allows sublicensing to Permitted Users, and 1.40 counts “customers with which Customer does business” among them, “for whom a Subscription to the Motion Solution has been procured”.
A client deck is a gap. The terms do not say whether a client on a shared link or guest account is a Permitted User.
Motion’s preamble also bars access to the service “for any other benchmarking or competitive purposes”. The clause bars using Motion to benchmark or compete with Motion; it says nothing about comparing your own ads. Your ad data stays yours (3.1), and Motion takes a perpetual licence to it and may publish aggregated, de-identified data.
Atria’s terms show no revision date. Atria owns “all IPR in Atria” except the content you upload. The Generative AI section says AI features come from third-party providers and are used at your own risk. No clause gives you ownership of AI outputs. By default, you grant Atria a licence to use your logo, name and testimonials in its marketing.
Motion’s clause by plan is in the rights matrix; the matrix has no Atria row, so Atria’s terms above are read from its terms page alone.
Free plan, trial and refunds
Atria has a free plan: its homepage offers 1,000 free credits with no card, and the terms list a Free plan (section 4). Motion has no free plan; its homepage says “No credit card required for trial”, and its MCP help article gives a new account “a 14 day trial”.
Neither refunds by default. Atria’s section 4: “Subscription fees and purchases of AI credits or other paid services are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law or otherwise stated on the Atria platform or website.” Motion’s monthly plans need notice “at least thirty (30) days prior to the next billing date”, or you pay the next month with no refund (13.1.1.5.1).
An annual plan cancelled in its first year owes the rest of that year (13.1.1.5.2).
Atria users report charges after cancelling or inside the trial (5 of 13 sources: Trustpilot, Trustpilot). They name automatic upgrades and a cancel button that does nothing.
