Zeely vs Creatify

By Alexandre S. Published Last checked What changed

Verdict: Zeely or Creatify

For owners who want ads made and launched without a media buyer, Zeely; for teams running their own accounts, Creatify. At $500 of monthly spend, Zeely Starter costs $89.95 via its partner account or $29.95 on your own; Creatify Pro costs $99 (checked ).

The catch: Zeely’s campaigns run only Zeely-made media, and Creatify refunds nothing.

Zeely

Best for
Owners without a media buyer who want creatives made and Meta campaigns launched from one app, and who accept a fee on ad spend.
Not for
Performance marketers who run their own ad accounts and attribution: Meta campaigns run only Zeely-made media on either route, and partner-account spend carries a 12 per cent fee.

Creatify

Best for
E-commerce teams making URL-to-video ads in volume who want an ad launcher for Meta, TikTok and AppLovin in the same tool.
Not for
Buyers who need predictable spend on the agent features, whose credit use is not known upfront, or more than one seat below Pro.

What a month of making and running ads costs

On your own Meta account, Zeely Starter costs least at both spends below. Through Zeely’s partner account, Starter passes Creatify Pro’s flat price at about $575 of monthly spend, and Growth already at $500.

Zeely’s help centre charges 12 per cent on spend through its Meta partner account, or 6 per cent with Booster. Connecting your own account costs no fee. Creatify’s pricing page states no fee on spend (read 2 October 2026).

Method: plan price plus the fee rate times the spend. Zeely Starter is its cheapest plan and its card lists paid campaigns. Growth is where every paid trial lands.

Zeely’s terms (4.11) word the fee as a commission “from the users’ advertising budget”, while its partner-account guide says the full budget goes to Meta and “nothing is taken from it”. The totals count the fee on top of spend. Zeely’s pricing FAQ also quotes an entry price below Starter’s card price.

Creatify's pricing page: Starter at $39 a month with 100 credits, Pro at $99 a month with 300 credits, and Enterprise on request

Creatify’s grid lists the Ad Launcher, and Pro’s card adds the AI Performance Agent. With Booster, Zeely’s fee halves: Starter at $2,000 of spend comes to $149.95, before Booster’s own price.

Which launcher runs which ads

Zeely runs only its own media on Meta; Creatify’s grid lists Meta, TikTok and AppLovin.

Zeely launches through its Meta partner account or yours, and on either route a campaign accepts only images and videos made in Zeely (own-account guide). Ads you made elsewhere cannot run through it.

Creatify’s pricing grid lists an “Ad Launcher (Meta / TikTok / AppLovin)” and an “AI Performance Agent” for the same platforms. The page does not say whether the launcher takes media made outside Creatify.

What one ad costs to make

Creatify publishes a rate per 15 seconds; Zeely publishes credits with no rate per output.

Creatify bills avatar video at 5 credits per 15 seconds, “rounded up” (help centre). That puts a 30-second ad at $3.90 on Starter and $3.30 on Pro, if every credit is used.

Zeely Starter gives 2,500 credits a month, and Zeely publishes no credit cost per clip.

Zeely has no free plan. Its paid trials of 2, 4 or 8 weeks move to Growth at $79.95 a month (trial article).

Where the clicks go and what each plan allows

Not legal advice This section quotes Zeely’s and Creatify’s documents with their dates and reads them as an ad buyer would. Ask a lawyer before you rely on any reading here.

Zeely’s own documents disagree on where clicks land; Creatify sends them wherever you set.

Zeely’s terms (18 September 2026, 4.14) send clicks to a Zeely pre-landing page and limit measurement to that page. Its help centre’s campaign steps ask for your own destination link on both routes. Which document governs a live campaign, neither says.

Zeely’s subscription and refund policy lets it change the commission rate “at any time” (1.5). Its terms make the licence to stock content inside your outputs revocable (8.2). They take a perpetual licence to your uploads and outputs to improve the service and build new products (8.7). The terms do not say whether that includes model training.

The Permitted Use Policy bars political campaigning, real-money gambling, payday lending and fake engagement such as reviews.

Creatify’s terms assign you any copyright it holds in your assets (6.2), and a Moderation Policy breach reverts those rights (6.1, 6.2). Free users have “limited rights” that the terms do not list (s.1). Clause by clause: Zeely and Creatify in the AI commercial use matrix.

Output misses lead the complaints on both

Zeely’s misses come from 16 of 74 sources, Creatify’s from 17 of 61.

On Zeely, 74 public sources from January 2025 to October 2026:

  • Output often misses, with AI-looking ads and drifting faces (16 of 74 sources: Trustpilot, YouTube)
  • The paid trial rolls into a monthly plan, with upsells buyers call unclear (12 of 74 sources: Trustpilot, Trustpilot)
  • Campaigns launched from Zeely spend the budget with few or no leads (8 of 74 sources: Trustpilot, Trustpilot)
  • Owners with no design background turn a product into ads quickly (12 of 74 sources: Trustpilot, Trustpilot)

On Creatify, 61 public sources from August 2025 to September 2026:

  • Outputs miss the brief, with lip sync or faces that drift (17 of 61 sources: Trustpilot, Reddit)
  • Retries and failed renders bill, so credits drain fast (15 of 61 sources: Trustpilot, Trustpilot)
  • Refunds are refused even for unusable results (8 of 61 sources: Trustpilot, Trustpilot)

On Trustpilot, Zeely shows 4.3 from 4,077 reviews (read 1 October 2026); Creatify shows 3.9 from 833 (read 28 September 2026).
