Zeely for ads
Verdict on Zeely
Users praise Zeely’s speed and fault its output and billing; launch from your own Meta account to skip its fee. Plans start from $29.95 a month, checked ; 12 of 74 user reviews say it makes ads quickly, 16 that output often misses. Its Meta partner account adds 12 per cent of ad spend, and either route runs only images and videos made in Zeely.
Zeely
- Best for
- Owners without a media buyer who want creatives made and Meta campaigns launched from one app, and who accept a fee on ad spend.
- Not for
- Performance marketers who run their own ad accounts and attribution: Meta campaigns run only Zeely-made media on either route, and partner-account spend carries a 12 per cent fee.

What Zeely makes and launches
Zeely is two products in one app: an ad maker and a Meta campaign launcher with its own fee. The maker turns a prompt into batch static ads, AI UGC-style talking reels with avatars, and marketing video ads (plan cards on the pricing page). Zeely’s homepage says it is “Loved by 2M+ Zeely users”, a figure it does not source.
The homepage shows Zeely’s own example ads. Each carries its prompt, its model (Seedance 2.0, Kling 3.0 Pro, Nano Banana 2, GPT Image 2) and a Recreate button. The same page offers @zeely as a Slack agent and calls Zeely a Meta Business Partner.
The launcher runs Facebook and Instagram campaigns, either through Zeely’s own Meta partner account or through yours (What are Meta campaigns; launch guide). The help centre’s social media tools articles cover organic posting to Instagram and TikTok. More tools that start from a product link: AI product video generators.
What Zeely costs: plans, trials and the fee on ad spend
Zeely’s pricing page and help centre list no free plan or free trial; the three trials the help centre lists are all paid. Two YouTube reviews sponsored by Zeely advertise a 7-day free trial through their own links (Software Scope, Moe Lueker).
Starter lists $29.95 a month for 2,500 credits, Plus $49.95 a month for 5,000 and Growth $79.95 a month for 10,000, as read on (pricing page; price tracker). Each card says “Available only on the site”. The FAQ’s starting price, $19.99 a month, matches no plan card; the FAQ adds that plans “available in the app and on the website may vary”.
The trial article (updated 8 September 2026) lists three paid trials: 2 weeks at $19.95, 4 weeks at $29.95 and 8 weeks at $49.95.
Zeely’s service fee article (17 July 2026) puts the fee at 12 per cent of ad spend on paid Meta campaigns. Booster cuts it to 6 per cent.
The partner-account guide says your “full ad budget goes directly to Meta” and “nothing is taken from it”, so the fee comes on top of the budget. Connecting your own Meta account carries “no additional Zeely fees” (own-account guide).
Zeely’s terms word the fee differently. Clause 4.11 says Zeely “may charge a commission fee from the users’ advertising budget” (terms, 18 September 2026). If the 12 per cent fee comes out of the budget, as 4.11 words it, Meta gets $880 of a 1,000-dollar budget. The table below follows the help centre’s wording.
The refund policy reserves the right “to change the subscription plans, commission rate and functionality available at any time” (1.5).
Booster is a paid add-on that doubles plan credits, “billed annually in one payment” (Booster article, updated 1 October 2026). Neither that article nor the pricing page gives its price; the article says the Subscription tab shows it once Booster is active. One Trustpilot reviewer describes a $39.99 Booster screen straight after sign-up (review).
Zeely’s pricing page gives no credit cost per ad. The credits article says each button shows “the exact number of credits” before you start, and a See rates list sits in the credit history. Edits can cost credits again, and failed generations are “automatically refunded”.
Six of 74 reviews say credits drain fast. Artturi Jalli’s video (19 January 2026) shows four videos stuck generating after the credits were taken.
Software Scope’s review of 31 August 2026 says Zeely sponsored it. The review shows the video builder pricing a Kling clip at 500 credits and a Seedance 2.0 clip at 1,500.
At that rate, Starter’s 2,500 credits at $29.95 a month make five such Kling clips, $5.99 each if every credit is used (pricing page).
Zeely or Meta Ads Manager yourself?
Ads Manager alone costs less if you already have ads: no Zeely plan or fee, and your own media runs. If you want Zeely to make them, launch from your own Meta account: the same ads run with no 12 per cent fee (own-account guide).
What Zeely adds over Ads Manager is the ad making. Both routes also offer an AI-suggested audience and a recommended budget (guides for the partner account and your own account).
Meta’s Advantage+ creative makes image and text variants inside Ads Manager, and Meta’s help page names no fee for them. Our AI tools for Meta ads page compares it with the paid tools.
On an example of $1,000 of monthly ad spend, the partner account’s 12 per cent fee is $120. With Booster it is $60, plus Booster’s unpublished price. The table adds Starter, the lowest-priced plan card at $29.95 a month, to every Zeely route (pricing page).
| Route | Plan, fee and spend (USD) | Zeely fee on spend (USD) | Media that can run |
|---|---|---|---|
| Zeely’s partner account | $1,149.95 | $120 | Images and videos made in Zeely |
| Partner account with Booster | Not published (Booster price) | $60 | Images and videos made in Zeely |
| Your Meta account, through Zeely | $1,029.95 | 0 | Images and videos made in Zeely |
| Ads Manager alone | $1,000 | 0 | Your own images and videos |

Zeely’s own-account guide says “Only media created in Zeely can be used for Meta campaigns”, and the partner-account guide says the same. The partner route’s 12 per cent fee buys Zeely’s checkout and a review by Zeely’s team before Meta reviews the ad.
The own-account route needs an existing Meta account, and Meta handles approvals and verification. You then “manage everything directly through Meta, including campaigns, budgets, and settings” (own-account guide).
The partner route asks for a Facebook page too, then takes payment at Zeely’s secure checkout. The guide says Zeely’s review helps “Reduce the risk of rejections or account restrictions”.
Zeely’s team reviews most partner-route campaigns “within 1 to 12 hours”, up to 24 at busy times, and a rejected campaign’s payment is refunded in full (partner-account guide).
Zeely launches no Google Ads campaigns: no campaign article in its help centre covers them, and its AI CMO page says it “pushes it straight to Meta or lets you export for TikTok or Google Ads”. A Google campaign runs in your own Google Ads account.
Where Zeely ad clicks land
Terms 4.14 and one help article put a Zeely pre-landing page between your ad and your site. What are Meta campaigns says the CTA “links directly to your website”.
The two launch guides ask for a destination link and do not say whether a pre-landing page sits before it. None names the route the pre-landing page applies to, so it is unclear on either route.
Clause 4.14 says “the campaign measurement data will only show visits to this page only and not the store page of Your advertised product”. Clause 4.15 adds that “NOT ALL VISITORS TO THE PRE-LANDING PAGE WILL CONTINUE TO YOUR STORE”.
| Document | What it says |
|---|---|
| Terms 4.14, updated 18 Sep 2026 | “when Your advertisement is clicked, the audience will be directed to this pre-landing page” |
| Clicks but no conversions, 16 Jul 2026 | “The pre-landing step is a page Zeely inserts between the ad and your product page.” |
| What are Meta campaigns, 18 Sep 2026 | “Paid campaigns come with a call-to-action (CTA) button that links directly to your website.” |
| Launch guides for your own account and the partner account, 30 Sep 2026 | “Add a destination link to where people land after clicking your ad” (own account); “where people should go after clicking your ad” (partner account) |

What Zeely’s terms allow
Zeely’s terms let you keep your outputs, under a revocable licence to the stock content inside them.
Under 8.6 you “retain all right, title, and interest in and to your User contents and Resulting materials”, subject to the rights of Zeely and its licensors in “any Content that may be incorporated” (terms). Clause 4.6 defines “Resulting materials” as “Any content generated resulting from your use of the Services”.
Clause 8.2 grants a “limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable worldwide license” to the Services and the Content, “including for commercial purposes”. Under 8.3, Zeely may name you as a client unless you email support@zeely.app to opt out.
Clause 8.7 gives Zeely a “perpetual” licence to your uploads and outputs, including for “developing new products and services”. Under 8.8, “You can end this license anytime by deleting your User Content or Account”, though it stays in force for users who already shared or downloaded that content.
The Permitted Use Policy (effective 4 December 2025) bars “political campaigning or lobbying” and “real money gambling or payday lending” (a). Section (g) bars “false online engagement (e.g., comments, reviews)” and claiming generated content “was created solely by a human”.
In the AI commercial use matrix, paid ads read Allowed with conditions on all plans, and client work reads Unclear.
Do Zeely ads work? What users report
Eight of 74 user reviews say Zeely campaigns spent the budget with few or no leads, sales or views. One says it “went with their suggested specifications on the campaign and got NOTHING” (Trustpilot, 2 September 2026). None of the four things users praise concerns campaign results; all four are about making ads.
Zeely’s terms promise no results: “WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN LAUNCHED THROUGH THE APP WILL ACHIEVE SPECIFIC RESULTS” (4.15).
The 74 sources run from 4 January 2025 to 1 October 2026: 63 Trustpilot reviews, 8 YouTube reviews and 3 App Store reviews. Six of the 8 YouTube reviews carry a creator link to Zeely; Artturi Jalli’s links competing tools and Tinkr’s links Amazon only. Two of the six, Software Scope’s and Moe Lueker’s, say Zeely sponsored the video.
Trustpilot showed 4,077 reviews at a TrustScore of 4.3 on 1 October 2026 (Trustpilot). Of those, 65 per cent sat at five stars and 12 per cent at one.
Every review on its four-star filter page carried the label “Invited” that day. Trustpilot uses that label for reviews written through a link the business shared (review labels, archived 2 February 2025). The praise counted here comes from reviews that name a specific gain.
The App Store showed 4.6 from 23K ratings on 1 October 2026. Most reviews it displays date from 2022 to 2024 and describe Zeely’s older website builder. Only reviews from 2025 and 2026 are counted here.
