Unity’s AI ad business more than doubled in a year, and Reuters reports that two investors have approached the company. Digiday reports that third-quarter 2026 figures put its Vector ad platform 40% above the previous quarter and 126% above a year earlier. Of Unity’s $622 million total revenue, $457 million came from Grow Solutions, the unit that carries its media business.

Reuters credits Vector’s growth with helping Unity to its first quarterly profit under standard US accounting rules (GAAP) since its 2020 listing. A value of about $25 billion came up when Silver Lake and Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund approached Unity in recent weeks, Reuters reported on 5 November 2026, according to tbreak’s account of that report. After the results, the stock market valued Unity at roughly $21.5 billion. Reuters says nothing is certain at this preliminary stage, and an investment bank is now reviewing Unity’s choices. Silver Lake already holds about 8%.

Digiday’s rundown of six ad tech firms shows the split behind the story. AppLovin grew 55% to $2.19 billion, and its revenue beat the other five combined. Teads fell 26%, Criteo 11% and Taboola 6.9%.

On our AI UGC for apps page, Creatify’s pricing table lists an Ad Launcher for Meta, TikTok and AppLovin, on a Standard plan at $15 a month, our 6 November check. Unity is absent from that row.

AppLovin and Unity led growth in Digiday’s rundown, and the Creatify launcher on our page reaches AppLovin alone of the two, so a Vector campaign sits outside it.
