lemlist pricing: what you pay as your sends and your team grow

By Alexandre S. Published Prices checked

For a team that only sends email, the Email plan at $69 a month is cheapest at any headcount. It covers 50,000 emails a month, $1.38 per 1,000 emails. Add LinkedIn or calls and Multichannel costs $109 a month per user. Enterprise is priced on request.

What you get on each plan, and notes
Email
What you get: Unlimited users and email senders; 50,000 emails a month at the price shown; unlimited contacts; lemwarm warm-up and deliverability hub; 650M+ lead database access; email and phone finder; lemAgent and Signal, Enrichment and Messaging AI agents; MCP and CLI; CRM integrations and API.
Notes: Priced against a monthly email volume the buyer selects; only the default 50,000 emails a month tier ($69 monthly, $55 yearly) is readable in the page text, so other volumes are not recorded. Quarterly billing saves 10% and yearly 20% (page toggle). Lead credits are not included: add-on of $20 a month ($16 yearly) for 2,000 credits (400 emails or 100 phone numbers).
Multichannel
What you get: Per user per month. Everything in Email plus 5 senders per user, unlimited emails and messages, LinkedIn automation, SMS automation, built-in call dialer and VoIP integrations, use from Gmail and LinkedIn; WhatsApp is an add-on.
Notes: Pricing is based on the number of users (FAQ). Buying-signal add-on: $29 a month ($21 yearly) for 100 signals.
Enterprise
What you get: Features of Multichannel plus 5 or more senders per user, use from your CRM, custom roles, dedicated account manager, custom terms, SSO and SAML, priority support.
Notes: Custom price, talk to sales.

lemlist’s price at 500, 2,500, 10,000 and 50,000 contacts

Both paid plans list “Unlimited contacts”. So the table below shows the one Email price the page prints, for 50,000 emails a month. It holds at every list size until your sends outgrow that tier.

The 50,000 row is empty for a reason. The pricing page prints one volume tier for the Email plan: 50,000 emails a month. Write to 50,000 contacts with a three-step sequence and you send 150,000 emails, three times that tier.

The FAQ says you “choose your monthly email volume”; the page prices only the 50,000 tier. So lemlist’s bill follows emails sent and people sending. Your list size alone sets nothing.

What a team pays on each lemlist plan

The two plans charge in opposite ways. Email is one flat price however many people log in, while Multichannel adds a full plan for every user (“Pricing is based on the number of users”, FAQ).

Method: each Multichannel cell multiplies the per-user plan price by the team size. Email cells stay flat because the plan card lists unlimited users and senders, inside the 50,000 emails a month the price covers.

The gap grows with every seat. A five-person team that only sends email pays the flat Email price. Moving the same team to Multichannel for LinkedIn and calls costs $476 more a month.

How much yearly billing saves on lemlist

The pricing page toggle offers 10% off for quarterly billing and 20% off for yearly. On the Email plan, yearly billing comes to $660 a year against $828 paid month by month.

That is a saving of $168 a year. Each Multichannel seat saves $264 a year on the same terms.

The page prices plans in US dollars, and you can switch it to euros or pounds.

Is there a lemlist free plan?

No. lemlist has no free plan, only a trial. The FAQ describes 14 days with the Multichannel plan’s features “except in-app calls”, plus 200 free credits to find emails and phone numbers (pricing FAQ).

lemlist add-ons: lead data, signals, SMS and IPs

Lead data is the add-on most buyers need. Finding an email address or phone number spends credits, and no plan includes a monthly allowance.

Credits cost $20 a month for 2,000, or $16 on yearly billing. The pricing page says 2,000 credits find 400 emails or 100 phone numbers.

That works out at $0.05 per email found and $0.20 per phone number, at monthly billing. Unused credits roll over while your subscription runs.

Buying-intent signals, which flag companies showing interest, cost $29 a month for 100, or $21 yearly.

SMS reads two ways on the page. The Multichannel card lists SMS automation, while the FAQ says “SMS and WhatsApp available as add-ons” and prints no price for either. The comparison table lists rotating IPs on every plan, and the page lists no dedicated IP.

What moves you to the next lemlist plan

List size never pushes the bill up. Volume does: past 50,000 emails a month the page prints no Email price, so you ask lemlist or look at Enterprise.

Channels do too. LinkedIn automation, the call dialler and SMS steps sit on Multichannel, at $40 a month more than Email for one user.

So does headcount. Multichannel gives each user five senders (connected sending mailboxes). Enterprise adds more senders per user, SSO and SAML sign-in, custom roles and a dedicated account manager, at a price you get from sales.

Which lemlist plan includes the AI

The cheapest one. The Email plan card lists lemAgent and “Signal, Enrichment, & Messaging AI agents”, so the AI comes with the entry price.

The agents that look up a lead’s details spend the same data credits as the finder, so heavy AI research raises the credits bill. The AI features guide compares the plan that adds AI across all 15 email tools, and the lemlist profile covers its AI-training terms.

How lemlist’s pricing compares

Instantly caps contacts where lemlist does not. Its Outreach Growth plan costs $47 a month for 1,000 uploaded contacts and 5,000 emails a month. A bigger list moves you up a tier. lemlist’s Email plan keeps one price from 500 contacts to 10,000 (Instantly pricing).

The best AI cold email tools list puts lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead and Apollo side by side on price model and lead data. Instantly alternatives covers the wider field.
