Instantly pricing: what cold email and its AI cost from 500 to 50,000 contacts
Instantly sells cold email by two caps, uploaded contacts and emails a month, and never by mailbox count. Outreach Growth costs $47 a month for 1,000 contacts and 5,000 emails. Hypergrowth costs $107 a month for 25,000 contacts. The AI agents sit on a second subscription, Instantly Credits. Prices checked on instantly.ai/pricing.

- Notes: The feature comparison table on the same page says 100,000 emails a month for Hypergrowth, against 125,000 on the plan card; both are recorded. An add-on of $87 a month adds 25,000 uploaded contacts and 125,000 emails (pricing.md). Until 2 November 2026 Hypergrowth was $97 a month ($77.60 billed yearly); from 3 November 2026 the card, the yearly toggle and pricing.md show $107 ($85.58 billed yearly).

Growth stops at 1,000 contacts, so a list of 2,500 already needs Hypergrowth. That plan then carries you to 25,000 contacts at the same price.

At 50,000 contacts the plan cards point to Light Speed at $358 a month. The fact sheet lists a cheaper route. Its Outreach add-on adds 25,000 contacts and 125,000 emails a month for $87, on Hypergrowth and above (pricing fact sheet).

The price table above reads plan cards only, so it shows Light Speed at 50,000; the add-on route comes from the fact sheet. Its 250,000 emails use the 125,000 on the Hypergrowth card; on the comparison table’s 100,000 the route gives 225,000.
The add-on route costs about half as much for a 50,000 list. Light Speed earns its price with double the volume and SISR, a dedicated or private sending server with IP rotation. The fact sheet does not say whether the add-on can be bought more than once.
What the Instantly free trial allows
Instantly has no free plan. It offers a 14-day trial with 250 uploaded contacts and 1,000 emails, and no card required (pricing fact sheet).
That is enough for a four-step sequence to all 250 contacts (250 × 4 = 1,000 emails).
The Credits side has its own trial with 100 credits a month. Each AI Reply Agent answer costs 5 credits, so the trial covers 20 AI replies.
What moves you to the next Instantly plan
Two caps decide the plan: uploaded contacts and emails a month. Pass either and you move up, because Instantly charges no overage fee (pricing fact sheet).
The mailbox count never moves the price. Every Outreach plan includes unlimited email accounts and warm-up. So a team splitting 5,000 emails across 20 mailboxes pays the Growth price.
The fact sheet leaves one gap. It does not say whether the contact cap counts a stored total or new uploads each month, or whether deleting contacts frees room. Check with support before you size a plan to an old list.
How much yearly billing saves on Instantly
The yearly toggle on the pricing page cuts every Outreach plan by 20 per cent. Growth falls to $37.60 a month billed yearly, Hypergrowth to $85.58 a month billed yearly and Light Speed to $286.30 a month billed yearly.
Yearly billing also changes credit expiry. Unused credits last 1 year on annual plans, against 2 months on monthly ones. A team that sends in bursts loses fewer credits on yearly billing.
What Instantly’s AI costs on the Credits plan
Instantly Credits is a separate subscription from Outreach. It pays for lead search in a B2B database Instantly puts at “450M+” contacts, and for the AI agents (pricing fact sheet).
Two AI tools come inside Outreach Growth at no extra charge: the AI Sequence Writer and the AI Spam Words Checker. Hypergrowth adds the Deliverability AI Agent. Everything else draws on credits.

Credits Growth costs $47 a month for 1,500 credits. The AI Sales Agent spends 5 credits per lead generated and the AI Reply Agent 5 per reply. So one AI reply costs $0.16, if every credit is used.
A smaller tier exists. Nano costs $9 for 150 credits, which is 30 AI replies. The Instantly profile covers what each agent does and the AI-training clauses.
Instantly bundles and when separate plans cost less
Bundles join one Outreach plan and one Credits plan. Starter, at $94 a month, pairs the two Growth plans. On monthly billing that equals buying both separately.
Yearly billing flips it. The two Growth plans on the pricing page cost $75.20 a month together. The yearly Starter bundle, at the card’s “Save 10%” rate, costs $85 a month billed yearly. Buying the two plans separately saves $9.80 a month.
The Scale bundle costs $194 a month and adds the AI Reply Agent with 5,000 credits. Its card lists 100,000 emails a month. The Hypergrowth plan card says 125,000, and the comparison table on the same page says 100,000. Size a plan on the lower 100,000.
The Agency bundle costs $555 a month for 500,000 emails, 100,000 contacts and 10,000 credits.

The add-on has no yearly price on the pages we read, so the last row stays monthly. Past 500,000 emails or 100,000 contacts, Instantly quotes Enterprise prices through sales.
For the small agency, AI replies add nearly half again to the $107 sending price.

A pre-warmed Google account costs $10 a month. None of the pages we read lists a seat charge or SMS. The closest thing to a dedicated IP is SISR, which comes only with Light Speed.
