Microsoft’s Clarity now shows what AI agents do on your site

Microsoft says a new dashboard and simulated shopping runs track AI agents, and Brand Agents puts eligible shops in Copilot and Bing; supported agents include Google, OpenAI and Anthropic operators.

Microsoft’s Clarity, a tool that shows how people use a website, now reports on AI agents as well. Its Agent Activity dashboard shows the agents visiting a site and tracks their actions, including filling in forms, logging in, making bookings and paying at checkout, the company says. Search Engine Roundtable reported the launch on 4 November 2026, and Microsoft says it is available globally to all users.

On 2 November we covered that dashboard and Clarity’s study of 5.2 million sessions. Microsoft’s post restates the study’s pace in absolute terms: agent sessions per week almost doubled over three weeks to near 2 million, in an analysis covering 13 August to 9 September 2026.

Two more tools are new. Simulations send an agent through a task on your site, commerce and travel first, and report which parts of the experience need work, how many interactions the task took, how long it ran and whether it finished. Ask Clarity takes questions in plain language and answers with links to session recordings, and Microsoft lists it as a closed beta for retailers.

Brand Agents, Microsoft’s shopping assistant for websites, also grows. Eligible Shopify and WooCommerce merchants that use it can now appear in Copilot, Bing and MSN, Microsoft says. Eligible local businesses on WordPress can add an assistant that books through tools such as Jobber, Calendly and HubSpot, whose Starter plan started at $20 a month per core seat at our 4 November check, with no annual term stated (our price sheet).

The post’s footnote says supported agents include Google, OpenAI and Anthropic operators, while its opening names Muse and Dots among agents shopping and booking, so the post itself leaves unclear whether a Muse visit gets labelled in that dashboard.
